Cargill soil samples collected from Manitoba farms in fall 2019 showed moderate to severe copper and zinc deficiency on about 60% of farms tested, and moderate to severe phosphorus deficiency on just over half of farms. This graph shows our deficiency and sufficiency findings for a range of soil nutrients necessary for crop yield and quality. For more information, or to book soil sampling for your farm, contact your Cargill representative.
